At Aapka Nirmaan, we strive to provide the highest quality in Construction Consultancy, Project Management, and Execution. Since our services involve professional expertise, customized designs, and physical labor/materials, our refund policy is outlined as follows:
1. Consultancy Services
- Service Fees: Fees paid for initial consultations, site visits, or expert advice are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
- Advance Booking: If you cancel a scheduled consultancy session at least 24 hours in advance, we can reschedule the appointment at no extra cost.
2. Project Management & Turnkey Projects
- Mobilization Advance: Any advance payment made for the commencement of site work (Civil Construction, Turnkey Projects) is non-refundable. These funds are immediately allocated for labor mobilization, site preparation, and material procurement.
- Progress Payments: Payments made upon the completion of specific project milestones are non-refundable, as they represent work already completed and materials already consumed.
3. Interior Design & Customized Solutions
- Execution Stage: For services like Interior Design, Glass & Aluminium Cladding, or HVAC, once the design is finalized and materials are ordered or customized, no refunds will be issued.
- Material Returns: Since construction materials are often cut or prepared to specific site measurements, they cannot be returned or refunded.
4. Cancellation Terms
- If a client wishes to terminate a contract mid-way, a formal notice must be provided. The client will be liable to pay for all work completed up to the date of termination, including any non-returnable materials ordered for the project.
5. Refund Processing (If Applicable)
- In rare cases where a refund is approved by the management due to specific circumstances, the amount will be processed within 7-10 working days via the original mode of payment or bank transfer.
